Shipping Methods and Charges

All products purchased on goldmetalwelding.com totaling less than 150 lbs gross will be shipped via UPS. Shipments greater than 150 lbs gross require special consideration in shipping and delivery. Because these items are large and heavy, we must ship them via Standard Delivery via common LTL carrier. As a result, these oversized items incur a Standard Delivery shipping surcharge in addition to the regular shipping charges noted below. A representative from goldmetalwelding.com will contact you with these charges for approval prior to processing the order.

Shipping charges are based on the total gross weight of the order per UPS online shipping and your selected method of shipment. Goldmetalwelding.com does NOT add a handling charge to your shipment.


How to Receive Your Shipment

Goldmetalwelding.com takes great care in packaging our products to ensure safe transport to your home. Although these items are packaged properly, in some instances transit-related damage may occur. It is imperative that you inspect your order carefully when it arrives. Upon inspection, if you find that your merchandise is damaged, you may choose to refuse the delivery. Damages must be reported to goldmetalwelding.com at the time of delivery by calling us at 1-888-566-5220.


Returns/Exchanges

Goldmetalwelding.com strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an unparalleled shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange, or store credit only. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and must be returned within 30 days of receipt of item. Upon receipt and inspection you will receive credit for returned items less original shipping expense.

Cancellations

Goldmetalwelding.com works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us ASAP at 1-888-566-5220 and we will do our best to cancel your order. Warranty Information

Goldmetalwelding.com warrants all material to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 6 months from date of purchase. This warranty is invalid and void if material is not properly maintained by the customer. All ferrous products are susceptible to rust and should be stored in a dry environment.
